World Usability Day Austria

Every other Thursday in November, World Usability Day (WUD for short) establishes a worldwide bond between research, industry, and education. In total, around 200 free events take place worldwide in more than 40 countries to celebrate the achievements and findings on the topics of usability and user experience together, as well as to communicate and strengthen their importance in the world. Become part of the community and celebrate the 16th World Usability Day on the 12th of November 2020 with FH Salzburg and other Austrian cities. Interesting topics and people are waiting.

How flawless do products and services that we use today work? In which cases do they manage to exceed our expectations and make us go “WOW”? Clearly, if they don’t work, brands suffer from it. On the other hand, if they fascinate, brands are hyped into new spheres. But what about the in-between? This session will point to a few routine examples of how brands manage the powerful impact of user experience these days.
